First let’s find out how negative thoughts and self-doubts become imprinted in our minds. After that, we’ll explore a way to stop them. Having negative thoughts about yourself is never productive. Even worse, by repeating these negative thoughts over and over again, they become deeply imprinted into your subconscious mind. Soon these negative thoughts become the facts that you believe to be the truth about who you are. They start to define you. This will have a damaging effect on your self-esteem.

Answer: If I ask you what is 4 x 5, you would probably automatically give the correct answer. This is because your math teacher, by constant repetition, imprinted the times tables into your subconscious mind. In the same way, negative self-thoughts are also imprinted into our subconscious minds.
